Service and direct transfer
clipboard-itda transfers text and images directly between an Android phone and macOS or Windows computers you approve.Clipboard content travels between connected devices. It is not uploaded to or stored on Newer’s licence server.
Information and permissions on devices
The app may store device names and identifiers, pairing credentials, connection settings, diagnostics and temporary transfer images in app storage on your devices. Supported devices protect authentication secrets with Android Keystore or macOS Keychain.Local network, nearby-device and Bluetooth permissions help find and connect your devices. Notifications and foreground services show connection and transfer status. We do not collect location data or include advertising or analytics SDKs.
Server data and purposes
Free use does not require an account or device registration with the licence server. Premium and licensing features may process random device identifiers, device names and platforms, approval and connection states, and licence issue, activation, release and refusal history.We use this information to verify purchases, enforce device limits, prevent abuse, restore licences and answer support requests. If you email us, we use your address and message to respond and resolve disputes.
Payments and external services
This website does not currently accept payment or issue 30-day trial codes. When checkout opens, Android purchases will use Google Play and computer purchases will use PayPal or the processor shown at checkout.For a completed purchase, Newer may record purchase tokens, order and transaction identifiers, product, amount and status for verification and refunds. Newer’s licence server does not store card or bank-account numbers. Payment providers apply their own privacy policies.If new third-party disclosure, processing arrangements or international transfers begin, we will publish the relevant parties, purposes and data as required by law.
Retention
Korean e-commerce law may require keeping advertising records for six months, contract, cancellation, payment and supply records for five years, and consumer complaint and dispute records for three years.Other licence and security records are kept while needed for service and abuse prevention, then deleted. Support emails are deleted after their purpose ends unless law requires retention.
Deletion and safeguards
When retention ends or the purpose is complete, we delete electronic records so they are difficult to recover, except records that law requires us to keep. Any paper records are shredded.Device transfers use authenticated, encrypted connections. Access to licence records is limited as part of our security measures.
Website storage
The website saves language and theme preferences in your browser’s localStorage. You can remove them by clearing site data in your browser. The current site has no personalised advertising cookies or analytics SDK.The web server may generate access records such as IP address, access time and requested path for security and troubleshooting.
Your rights
Email customer@newer.co.kr to request access, correction, deletion or restriction of server records. We may verify your identity to handle the request. Records retained by law are deleted after the required period.You can remove local app data by unpairing a device, clearing app data or uninstalling the app. Legal representatives may exercise a child’s rights where applicable law provides.
