Scope
These terms cover the clipboard-itda apps, website, licensing and future checkout service provided by Newer.Features and purchase conditions are shown in the service when available. Information shown before checkout opens does not itself form a purchase contract.
Service and requirements
The service transfers text and images directly between an approved Android phone and macOS or Windows computers. On Android, select content in another app and use Share; a copy on a connected computer is sent to Android.Wi-Fi, personal hotspot and supported Bluetooth availability varies by operating system and version. Windows features may be in Preview.
Free, Premium and price
Free connects one computer; Premium is designed for up to three. Premium is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, with no fixed licence term.Planned prices are ₩9,900 in South Korea and US$7.99 internationally. Checkout is not open on this website. The actual currency, tax and final amount will be shown at checkout when it opens.
Early access
Instant issuance of 30-day trial codes and a US$4.99 early supporter offer are planned. Applications, payments and key delivery are not currently available.Participation details, conditions and key delivery will be shown when these options open.
Licence and device changes
Use the service only with devices and information you own or are authorised to use. The app is licensed for personal or internal business use on a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable basis.A licence key can be active on one phone at a time. Release the old phone before activating a new one and do not share your key. Rights granted by law or open-source licences remain unaffected.
Payments and refunds
When checkout opens, Android purchases will use Google Play and computer purchases will use the route shown at checkout. Purchase confirmation, cancellation and refunds follow that route and applicable law.Send refund questions to customer@newer.co.kr. These terms do not restrict rights granted by consumer protection law.
Use and limits
We may restrict service or Premium access where necessary after confirmed unlawful use, infringement, security compromise or payment fraud.Transfers may be delayed or fail because of networks, permissions, screen locks, power-saving settings and operating-system limits. Keep important originals separately.
Changes and liability
We will publish changes to features or these terms and their effective date in the app or on the website, and announce materially adverse changes in advance where practicable.The service is provided as available to the extent the law permits. Liability and user rights that cannot legally be excluded remain in place.
