TERMINAL-ITDA / POLICIES
Delete your account & data
Request deletion in the app or by email, even if you no longer have the app.
1. Delete from the app
Open Settings → Account → Delete account. Review the warning and confirm. A fresh Google or Apple sign-in may be requested to verify ownership.
The action deletes Firebase authentication, synced computer/SSH settings, and server-managed entitlement, trial and purchase-link records. It does not delete Google Play’s own transaction record, PC files, phone-local data or a phone authorization stored separately on a paired PC.
2. Request without the app
Send a request to customer@newer.co.kr with your account email and a request to delete your terminal-itda account and associated data. We verify the account with the minimum information needed and explain any lawfully retained records. Do not send passwords, private keys, payment card details or identity documents unless a justified secure verification process specifically requires them.
3. What the request covers
Account sign-in data, synced settings, entitlement/trial records and purchase-link records are deleted together. Email requests are normally completed within 30 days after account verification. Records subject to mandatory retention are separated from ordinary service data and retained only for the required purpose and period.
An email link opens your mail app; it does not submit the request automatically. If it does not open, copy the visible support email. Processing and provider backup deletion may take time; the request is not an instant erase button.
4. Subscriptions are separate
Account deletion or uninstalling the app does not cancel a Google Play/App Store subscription. To stop renewal, cancel in the store’s subscription settings. You can request account deletion without making cancellation a prerequisite. Refunds and statutory rights are handled separately.
5. Remove local files and device access
Account deletion does not erase your PC’s AI history, uploaded images, projects or provider accounts. Delete those files or accounts separately if desired. Removing a saved computer from account sync is also different from revoking a trusted phone on the PC.
On the PC, run terminal-itda devices and use terminal-itda devices remove with the device number or name to revoke access. Manage phone app data/keys in app or system settings. Removing app data alone may not revoke a still-trusted device on the PC.
