TERMINAL-ITDA / POLICIES

Terms of Service

The conditions for connecting to your computer and using terminal-itda.

1. Purpose and operator

These terms describe the use of terminal-itda provided by Newer (뉴어): the PC program, mobile app, connection relay and related website. A purchase is formed through the applicable store or separately displayed purchase flow, not by merely visiting this site.

2. What the service provides

terminal-itda connects your phone with supported AI coding tools and sessions running on your computer. A compatible PC program and app, network connectivity, approved pairing, and any required AI-tool sign-in are needed. The PC must stay on and awake.

Supported workspaces include herdr, Orca and cmux, subject to their OS, version and automation settings. A workspace tool is optional. Notifications, image transfer, SSH, history and usage displays depend on the platform and available tool data. Usage displays are estimates from the tool, not invoices or guaranteed real-time measurements.

Keep Awake and lid-closed use

Keep Awake is off by default and requires Pro, a compatible PC/app and system support. MacBook lid-closed use requires a one-time administrator-approved sleep setting. A powered computer and network connection are still necessary. Battery/heat safeguards depend on the available sensors and do not replace ventilation or user monitoring.

3. Account and security

Use an account and computers you are authorized to access. Keep your sign-in and device keys safe, approve only recognized phones and remove lost or unwanted paired devices. A paired phone can send instructions with the permissions of your computer session.

You are responsible for choosing appropriate commands, reviewing AI results and maintaining backups. terminal-itda does not independently verify that an AI-generated change or command is correct.

4. Free, Pro and trials

Free supports one connected computer; Pro supports multiple computers and optional Keep Awake on supported systems. Android and iPhone provide a 14-day Pro trial once per account without a card (on iPhone, the free “14-Day Trial” item in the App Store), plus monthly and lifetime purchase options. Actual local prices, taxes and included features are shown in Google Play, the App Store and the app before purchase.

AI subscriptions, API charges, hardware, internet and third-party tools are separate. “Lifetime” means a non-recurring license for the product’s offered Pro functionality, subject to mandatory rights; it is not a guarantee of perpetual third-party AI access or uninterrupted server operation forever. Any service ending must be handled with notice and applicable consumer remedies.

5. Payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds

Android payment and renewal follow the conditions displayed by Google Play. A recurring subscription renews unless you cancel under Google Play’s rules; a lifetime purchase is a one-time payment. Restore access with the purchasing account and the app’s restore function.

iPhone payment and renewal follow the conditions displayed by the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. Pro Monthly renews automatically unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the renewal is charged within the 24 hours before that end. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account’s subscription settings; a lifetime purchase is a one-time payment.

Account deletion or app removal does not cancel a subscription. Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds follow applicable law and store procedures; contact customer@newer.co.kr for help. These terms do not remove mandatory refund, withdrawal or defect remedies.

6. Permitted use and restrictions

You receive a non-exclusive right to use the offered software and service on authorized devices. You keep your own project and input rights. Software rights and applicable third-party/open-source licenses remain with their owners.

Do not access others’ computers without permission, steal credentials, distribute malware, evade purchase or security controls, resell account access without permission, or overload the connection service. This does not restrict rights that applicable law or an open-source license expressly permits.

The iPhone app downloaded from the App Store is also licensed under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). For the iPhone app’s license, that agreement prevails where it conflicts with these terms. The operator, not Apple, is responsible for the app and its support.

7. Availability, changes and suspension

Availability may be affected by device sleep, network conditions, OS restrictions, provider changes, maintenance or abuse prevention. Updates may restart the daemon and end a running session; check and save work first.

Material service or term changes will be announced with their effective date. Disadvantageous changes and service closure require appropriate advance notice and any remedy required by law. Urgent security action may precede notice; the reason should then be explained.

8. Responsibility and third-party services

We provide the described connection service and handle failures and support in good faith. We do not guarantee AI output, every third-party tool version, uninterrupted connectivity or the correctness of commands chosen by a user or AI.

Nothing excludes liability for intentional or grossly negligent conduct, mandatory legal obligations, or consumer rights that cannot be waived. Responsibility for an incident must be determined by its cause and applicable law, not a blanket disclaimer.

9. Privacy and ending use

See the Privacy Policy and account deletion guide. You can stop using the service, revoke paired devices and request account deletion. PC files and AI-provider accounts are managed separately.

10. Operator and dispute contact

Operator: Newer (뉴어). Representative: 김대현. Business registration: 725-38-01283. Mail-order registration: 2025-대전서구-0957. Address: 35206 대전광역시 서구 청사로 282, 12, 7층 5호 (둔산동). Contact: customer@newer.co.kr; +821090639695.

Contact support first so we can investigate. Korean law applies without displacing mandatory protections of your place of residence; court jurisdiction follows applicable law. These terms are effective from 2026-10-30.
